Wonderful place to visit, fun for kids and Grandparents alike. Petting zoo with playground, good, fresh, wholesome food, informative tour of the orchard, good quality gifts and produce.

What You'll Get

An apple a day keeps the doctor away, giving you ample time to rifle through his office for hidden lollipops. Savour the sweet flavours of nature's candy with today's Groupon to Davison Orchards Country Village in Vernon. Choose between the following options:

• For $4, you get three children’s passes to Crazy Cow Kid’s Corral, for ages 2–16 (a $12 value).
• For $7, you get $15 worth of fresh café fare at Auntie May’s Deep Dish Café.

Nestled in the Okanagan Valley, Davison Orchards Country Village strengthens familial bonds with farm-centric fun and refuels guest engines with freshly made café fare. Designed to overload the fun sensors of amateur earthlings, Crazy Cow Kid’s Corral packs a variety of rug-rat recreation, such as a huge, shaded sandbox sporting a half-buried farm truck. Kids can settle debates about whose dad can lift more marshmallows at the duck races ($2 extra), where plastic duckies shoot through water chutes propelled by old-fashioned hand pumps. More options for extinguishing sugar highs include a maze, tree house, and a track for racing or leisurely crabwalking.

Located in the original farmhouse, Auntie May’s Deep Dish Café prepares most items on its menu with ingredients fresh from the orchards and farm. Sandwiches and wraps ($6.95) include Grandpa’s Favorite, a heaping pile of sliced turkey breast, havarti, fresh spinach, tales about surviving six ice ages, and sweet-onion sauce on rye. The Greek veggie wrap swaddles fresh tomato, cucumber, sweet onion, basmati rice, feta, and house dressing in sun-dried-tomato tortilla. Diners can take in the patio view while enjoying a refreshing Applelanche slushy ($3.50), made from apples hugged to death on-site.
