What We Offer
Choose from 30 or 60 minute in-person Reiki sessions. Reiki is energy healing through which a practitioner channels to the client. Alignment of the Chakra's via this energy flow helps reduce anxiety, depression, pain while promoting happiness, feeling lighter, more in control. Universal energy helps the body remember how to heal itself for both emotional and/or physical healing. The 30-minute reiki session is available for established clients who are short on time.
What's Included:
10 minute discussion prior/post session
Choice of lavender scented or unscented eye pillow during session
Comfort with optional pillow, bolster and blanket
Complimentary add on's:
Aromatherapy with essential oils and/or sage and Palo Santo
Crystal Therapy - various crystals may be placed on low energy areas
Soothing Sounds - relaxing music will play throughout the session.
