Collected over the course of 14 years, the award represent the restaurant's dedication to delicious food and meticulous service. Aged for 3-4 weeks in a specially designed aging fridge, Day & Night's certified Angus steaks are cooked on the restaurant's signature firewood grill, with smoke and flames visible from the restaurant's open kitchen.
