What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? At Day One Chiropractic our desire is to provide our patients with the highest level of chiropractic care. We are committed to identify and to correct the cause of our patients' pain for long term relief. Our treatments are based on their individual progress without pre-set # of visits or contracts.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I spent a lot of time with my father in the hospital and became acquainted with the physical therapist. I decided to pursue this field due to that interaction. During my schooling, I met some chiropractors and was impressed with their knowledge base and scope of practice.
What do you love most about your job? interacting with amazing people who's life changes when they can go through the day without pain. I enjoy watching patients jump down on the floor and start doing push-ups to show me how great they feel.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? The best feedback is always the patient being able to now do what they love. One lady called us from the hospital to tell us "Thank you" for saving her life. We found a problem not treated with chiropractic and referred her to the proper specialist. That surgery saved her life.
