Q:

Is it more common practice for patients to need multiple applications to achieve desired whiteness, on average? I mean is one application really going to make that much of a difference or do patients normally need more than one? I am interested in this deal but would just like to know up front if this procedure normally is completely successful only with multiple applications. Thanks.

Thanks for your interest! Results will vary from person to person, but an in-office session can whiten teeth up to 3-10 shades. For more information, please contact Dazzling White at (757) 204-4733, or check out their FAQ here.

Q:

How many shades brighter will the teeth be after this session?

Shenna J.  asked on  Apr 18, 2013

A:

According the FAQ, "No one can really predict how much lighter your teeth will become. Every case is different. Typically, there is a three-ten shade improvement as seen on our shade guide (average of 7-8 shades). The success rate depends upon the type of stain involved and your compliance. Bleaching can only provide a shift in color from gray to a lighter shade of gray, for example. Bleaching does not lighten artificial materials such as resins, silicates, or porcelains. Prior to the whitening process there will be a consultation on the current color of your teeth and upon completion of your treatment(s) the results will speak for themselves."

Q:

How does this effect a person who has a bridge and crowns..

Vickie T.  asked on  Apr 19, 2013

A:

According to the FAQ, "The procedure has no negative effect on dental work. The process does help to remove any staining and tends to blend the smile so that the dental work is less noticeable."
