Why would you offer a deal to a location that has such horrible reviews? On your deal page it shows a Google review rating of only 2 stars. When I go to the reviews they almost all mention the less than par customer service here. How can I be assured this will be a good experience?????

We are new owners. Taking over the center and renaming it in February of 2012. We have been in contact with google and other search engines about removing the review about the past ownership. This is not a quick fix and actually new reviews will help change it. We have a new name Z Strike, a new menu, and a new attitude focused on the customer to include being more family oriented on Weekends before 8 pm. Please give us a try, we would love to have you see for yourself the improvements that have been made. Thanks for the feedback.
