Ottawa Cheer Elite
The coaches at Ottawa Cheer Elite—each of whom is certified through national cheerleading organizations the AACCA and USASF—tout safety as the foundation of their competitive and recreational cheer and dance programs. Cultivating an uplifting environment, the instructors take an encouraging approach to teaching, leading with compliments rather than commands or fistfuls of icky-tasting candy. Dedicated to their methods, the coaches have mentored professionals such as Ottawa Viking Cheerleaders as well as countless male and female amateurs between the ages of 4 and 25. And as they guide pupils toward athletic excellence, they often instill lessons that extend beyond competition such as sportsmanship, leadership, and how to safely cartwheel across the street.
