The technician was late for the appt, told my husband a list of reasons that the carpet wouldn't clean well (never been a problem for other companies), had to leave to refill his gas tank in the middle of the cleaning, and tried to over charge for stairs, which were included in the Groupon. It took 48 hours for our stairs to dry. There are brown dirt spots in areas that were not soiled prior, which look like the cleaner leaked dirty water on the carpets. The living room and stairs have light spots and lines, which I'm hoping are clean spots and not bleached spots, but overall, the high traffic areas look they weren't touched. We are trying to figure out how to have them 'cleaned for real', which will result in more lost work time and hassle. I regret branching out from our usual company for something that seemed like a good deal. I would NEVER recommend this company for 'professional' service.
