Abigail's Tea Room

Crystal chandeliers, stained-glass windows, and Austrian drapes adorn Abigail's Tea Room, complementing the vintage furniture and decor. Guests savor freshly brewed tea and tea sandwiches inside a three-story Victorian manor house built in 1883. During high tea outings such as the "Lady Carlyle Tea", attendees enjoy a meal delivered on Victorian china and a five-course tiered luncheon server while sipping tea decanted from pots with intricate floral patterns. The tearoom hosts up to 50 diners for lunch, as teas pair with a seasonally changing selection of salads, sandwiches, and quiches. Afterward, visitors can browse the gift shop for tea-related items, as well as an assortment of jewelry, scarfs, hats, and ladies' apparel.

This was my first visit to Abigail's Tea Room. It was a lovely afternoon. The food was good & the atmosphere is beautiful. I liked the relaxed-not rushed experience they provide as to enjoy conversation over a pot of tea!

What an authentic step back in time Abigail's Tea Room is. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. We were the last to leave, and the owner offered to show us the rest of her pride and joy. The food was very good, however, I would have liked larger servings of the scones and sandwiches.
