Q:

Do these ship immediately after ordering? For instance, would they arrive by July 14th? And do they need to be consumed right away or do they last for a couple of weeks, etc.?

Melissa T.  asked on  Jun 27, 2012

A:

Hi Melissa, As long as you place your order before our cut off time of 9:00 AM PST we will ship the same day. All orders will deliver in 3 days or less. Some orders can be delayed do to our shipping policies: Orders set to ship over weekends will be postponed until the following Monday. A basic rule of thumb is if you live east of CO be sure to place your order before Monday of the week you wish receive you order. Our cake pops are good for 10 days from the day they are made and we make them the same day they ship. We recommend that you refrigerate your pops after receiving them.

Q:

I Need them by July 7,2012 when would be the best time To order it?

Cathy s.  asked on  Jun 27, 2012

A:

Normally we would say that it is not too late at all for your order. However, with 4th of July falling right in the middle of the week next week shipping will be an issue for your order. Our standard shipping is for UPS 3day and with UPS closed on Wednesday this becomes a discrepancy due to UPS’s perishable goods policy. UPS does not ship perishable goods over weekends and/or holidays for the obvious reasons of potential melting and damage to the goods. The only way we can ensure a Friday the 6th delivery is to upgrade your shipping to UPS next day air and ship on Thursday of next week for a Friday delivery. Next day air shipments of our boxes can range between $50-$150.00 EA. This is obviously not the answer you wanted and we deeply apologize for this. Who schedules these holidays anyway? :)

Q:

can we use our groupon now?

Reena S.  asked on  Jul 3, 2012

A:

You can use most Groupons the day after you buy them. We cannot provide the business with their complete list of purchasers until the deal is closed, and until then they may not be ready to accept your Groupon. You can always log into your account by signing in at www.groupon.com to check on the status of your Groupon. We will send you an email as soon as your Groupon is ready to print.

Q:

I would like to order the 1 dozen box sampler but i do not like peanut butter and i don't care for coconut however the sampler has the more specialty flavors that i want. is there a way to make my own sampler? i see you have 51 flavors but with these being pretty much pre-made gifts, the option to choose what you want seems very ridge in getting those flavors. also, are the cakepops really JUST cake? I ordered cakepops from some other place and it was a mix of cake and icing, with more icing than cake. i don't want icing on a stick.

Q:

I paid $39 for a $80 value coupon, I live in Texas and according to the terms, it says "Shipping included to CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OK, OR, TX, UT, WA, and WY." But when I checkout with a two dozen bouquet, it says: Subtotal $65.00 Less Coupon XXXXXXX - $65.00 Subtotal $0.00 Shipping (Groupon BOUQUET Shipping (Coupon Required)) & Handling $25.00 Tax $0.00 Order Total $25.00 So I must pay an additional $25 for shipping on top of the $39 I paid for the groupon?

Q:

If I purchase one dozen, do the pops come in the pretty bucket as pictured or do they just arrive in a box? Why is there a price difference between the two dozen pops and the two dozen pops bouquet?

Elaine V.  asked on  Jun 29, 2012

A:

Hi Elaine, When purchasing a bouquet through Groupon you will be given the option of about eight of our two dozen cake pop bouquets only. Through Groupon we are offering both our one dozen and two dozen cake pop mini boxes. The Mini boxes are more budget friendly due to the fact that they are faster and easier to make (the bouquet takes plenty of time and skill - each are hand made) as well as small and cheaper to ship.

Q:

What is the approximate physical size of a 2 dozen bouquet?

Danny D.  asked on  Jun 29, 2012

A:

Hi Danny, You would have to purchase the bouquet from us to get that information. The dimensions in general are proprietary. However, the box the bouquet comes in is 13x13x13 inches.

Q:

so i paid for my groupon = 32.00 and i ordered 2 dozen; the cost wass 50.00 and that was the coupon amount but it's still coming up with 10.00 for shipping and handling. I thought it covered up to 15.00 for s/h?

nancy m.  asked on  Jun 28, 2012

A:

The actual shipping cost for the box is $25.00 so with $15.00 OFF you would still owe $10.00

Q:

I just bought this groupon for an event taking place in 9 days and when I went to do the ordering, everyone of the 2 dozen boxed pops says: THIS ITEM IS FOR PRE-ORDER ONLY. Item will be available after July 5, 2012. Does this mean these won't even ship until after July 5th?

Jewel K.  asked on  Jun 28, 2012

A:

Hi Jewel, Yes this is correct
