I did not see anywhere (might have missed it) that mentioned your photo could not be larger than 10MG. My photo is 10.9 and I am unable to use my two groupons. Can I please have a refund?

Most photo sites do not support files larger than 2MB. You are welcome to send them to us and we will resize them for you. Just email them to cs3@invitationbox.com and we will happily make them smaller so they can be used.

When I upload a photo it does not show up??

It supports up to a 10 MB photo. If your image is smaller than that, make sure that you wait until the name of the image you have selected is showing before you hit the upload button. If you are doing both of those things, please email customer service at cs3@invitationbox.com and describe your problem in as much detail as possible, and they will help you out.

Q:

Once I place pictures onto the card and edit them, they disappear and never show back up on the card. The "Drag a Photo Here" goes away. Sometimes a red X shows up, other times it just is blank.

I waited the 48 hours per the fine print, and when I go to check out and try to apply the promo code it says, "Sorry, the coupon code you entered does not exist." What should I do? It has been over 48 hours.
