Q:

I have successfully uploaded my pictures, but when I try to "crop" the area I want displayed, the "box" is smaller than my pictures. I have tried saving my pictures in a smaller size, but it seems the "box" automatically resizes itself and I have the same part of the picture visible - which unfortunately is only half of my two children. It's very difficult to take pictures of small children, so retaking pictures is not an option. Thank you.

The box is changing itself to the width/height ratio of the picture that will display on the card. you can grab the squares at the corners of it to resize it, or click the middle of the box to move it around to a different part of the picture.

Can I return the groupon deal; not the cards the groupon? I misunderstood the 'fine print' I thought I was able to use it at any time but apparently I can only use it until Dec 10; I think?

Q:

I had a ery difficult time with this process. It would only let me upload 1 picture and I could not change it. Then, it would rotate the picture the wrong way so it did not fit style of card! Itried to figure out where the rotate buton was but never found. So miraculously, i found a card that kept the picture the correct way. I used that card, although it was not my favorite. The editing and copping section was annoying-would not let me crop the way i wanted to. So then once the order was finally complete, i was given a cnfirmation nmber. My daughter started playing the computer, so i lost it-my fault!. Went to website, but because i went through Groupon, i did not exist. They tell you to use order number, but as i said i failed to write down. I have no email confirming the order yet-but i have hope! Would not use this again.I pray the cards come out nice!!

If you email your first and last name and email address to customer service at cs3@invitationbox.com they can confirm your order number and your estimated shipping date. The redemption site also has ball park estimated shipping dates based on the day you redeem.

I ordered the card on the 21st, they said I was going to get a confirmation in my e mail, and I never did. The charge has been taken off my card but i dont know where the car is. Help! I dont have a confirmation or any card and cant redeem anything! Very Disappointing!
