Q:

I am extremely disappointed in this groupon, so far it has not been easy to use. I have tried for hours to upload a photo. I have posted my question and have not been given an answer yet. If you choose a card with multiple photos, you can only use one photo, and when you try to change it, to bad, you can't! It is frustrating to say the very least! Never have I purchased a groupon and had this much difficulty in getting what I paid for. What do I need to do to get answers?

you can upload as many photos as you like, as long as they are below 10MB. You can definitely use multiple different photos for the same card. If you are having technical difficulties, please email cs3@invitationbox.com and they will be happy to assist you.

Q:

I have chosen a card that 4 photos can be placed on, yet when I try to upload more than one photo, I can't. The same photo that I uploaded first is what appears every time I click upload. So far, this has been extremely frustrating.

When you select a photo, depending on your internet speed, sometimes it takes a few moments to update the name of the photo in the upload file box. If you hit the button to upload the photo before that name refreshes, it will try to load the previous photo again.

I have purchased this yesterday but do not see a code. Is there a way to find out what it is? I received the receipt by my email but there was no coupon code on it. My coupon is showing as redeemed but it has not been.

I've selected the gr-h-note-dg-352 and have uploaded the pictures just fine however on the sample you are able to list the names of the pictured above the picture but I haven't been able to do that on my card. Please advise. Thank you
