Q:

The "Fine Print" says: "Limit 1 per order." However, I noticed that you are allowed to purchase more than one certificate. I am looking to order about 10-15 puzzles total. Does this mean that if I purchase three of the $75.00 certificates, I cannot use all three for the same order? I would need to place three separate orders, one for each certificate?

Angie H.  asked on  Nov 16, 2012

A:

Yes, that would be the case.

Q:

What would the rush shipping charges be for the large puzzle? Shipping to Houston, Texas

Belinda N.  asked on  Nov 16, 2012

A:

The flat rate shipping for orders is $4.99 for first order and $2.99 for each additional. The puzzles should arrive to Houston Texas within 2-3 days from the date it is printed. Printing only takes 2-3 days. If you need it for Xmas then you should have it ordered no later then December 12th. For expedited shipping you need to place an order on puzzmuzz.com and enter your shipping address and choose next day air to see the price.

Q:

If I want to order the 12" x 18" puzzle for $19.99, can I use a 4" x 6" photo or do I have to enlarge it myself? J.Creer

Judith Ann C.  asked on  Nov 16, 2012

A:

Hi Judith, The upload tool allows you to enlarge your image by 25%. The image needs to be 3650X2450 pixel size for a 12X18 puzzle so even if you have a 4X6 that is a high rez then you should be able to enlarge. If you don't have a high rez file then you might need to do that in photoshop just make sure the file is at least 200 dpi.

Q:

I would need this by December 20th - is that a problem? Also my picture is rectangle (huge family shot). Will that be ok?

Lisa Watkins D.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

Hi Lisa, As long as you order it by December 12th you will receive it by December 20th. I would suggest to order it a little earlier then December 12th. The size puzzles that we have are 12X18, 11X17, 11X14, 8X12, 6X8 and 4X6. Once you upload the image you will be able to resize the image appropriately depending on the image resolution.

Q:

Can I use any image. I specifically a friend's favorite painting in mind (Renoir). I have scoured the internet trying to find a puzzle version and alas one doesn't exist. Are there any copyright issues getting something like that printed?

Charlie  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

Hi Charlie, When it comes to Renoir it should be fine because he is dead more then 50 years. Also as long as you don't resale it and only use it for personal use, you should not have a copyright problem.

A:

Hi Charlie, You will need legal permission in order to use a copyrighted picture. I hope this helps!
