Alex, Thank you for purchasing our Groupon deal. Here are the steps to redeem your Voucher: 1) Please register an account with Famous Smoke Shop at www.famous-smoke.com. We must register all customer information since we are dealing with tobacco products. If you already have an account, simply log in and move to step #2. 2) Go to http://www.famous-smoke.com/groupon/ 3) Enter the Voucher/Redemption Code that Groupon emailed you into the box where it says Welcome Groupon Shoppers and click the Redeem button. 4) At this point, you can either add accessories to your cart, or simply click the Checkout button which will take you to our shopping cart. 5) Once you are in the shopping cart, click the green Proceed to Checkout button and continue through our checkout process. Please note that a valid Redemption Code is a 9 character alpha numeric code. Your Groupon Order number is NOT your Redemption Code. If you are trying to redeem on your mobile/tablet device it might not redeem properly, please try on your computer. I want to order this as a christmas present for my boyfriend, but wont have access to his humidor prior to christmas or it would ruin the surprise. How are they packed and how long can they be stored that way without going bad?

Dear Brooke, Thank you for your email. The samplers are packed in a bubble wrap pockets to protect the sampler in shipping. The samplers however do not come with any humidification device so we recommend redeeming your voucher code at a later date if you are going to gift this item. If you want to redeem it immediately there are a few options on how to keep your cigars humidified. You can redeem your Groupon whenever you would like from the day you buy it, but the latest we recommend redeeming your voucher code is December 11th which is 2 weeks before Christmas day. All delivery services are very busy during the holidays so some delays are to be expected as it gets closer to Christmas. The earlier you redeem the Groupon, the earlier you have it and the more prepared you are for the holidays! Thank you.

I was wondering how the cigars are shipped. Are they n a box or can they be gift wrapped? Does the 12 cigar sampler come differently than the 14 cigar sampler?

Dear Nikole, Thank you for your email. Both the 12 and 14 cigar samplers do not come in boxes and unfortunately we do not do any gift wrapping. We feel responsible for packaging the cigars the best way possible to ensure they stay fresh and safe during transit. We package the samplers in a bubble wrap pocket which seals shut to help keep moisture in helping the cigars stay fresh and protected. Thank you.

You said that items can be shipped to an address other than the billing address. However, the registration page says that the first order will be shipped to the billing address and no exceptions will be made. Will this rule be enforced for the Groupon deal? Just because this is a sampler pack, it does not mean that the cigars are any smaller than normal size? It is just called a sampler becasue of the variety, correct? Thanks
