Q:

I would like to purchase a $40 value and $60 value groupon, but I'm unsure of how to do this at checkout - it seems I can only purchase 2 of either the $40 or 2 of the $60?

Cristine R.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

It would have to be done in separate transactions.

Q:

I custom designed my necklace on your site -- it came out to $97 before shipping. How do I go about applying the Groupon to help offset that price? Purchase the Groupon first, I'm assuming?? And if so, then what? Thank you.

Leslie G.  asked on  Nov 22, 2012

A:

You will need to purchase the Groupon, then enter the Groupon voucher code in our "coupon code" box just below the total price on the check -out page. It will then deduct the amount of the Groupon purchased from the total price.

Feel free to visit their website before you purchase the Groupon.

A:

Each custom, hand stamped item is so individual, the price will vary according to your selection. You can order 3 separate charms with individual names, or one charm with the names all together . There are a variety of shapes, sizes and fonts. Our website is currently experiencing technical difficulties and should be up and running again soon - please review your options for your best price. Feel free to email us with your specific questions at info@ideclarecharms.com. Thank you!

Q:

I would like to purchase a $19 card and a $29 card (total value of $100) and put them toward a necklace that is $92 (shipping gets the necklace to $98). I tried buying one of each (one at $19 and one at $29), but Groupon will not allow it. If you buy more than one (the limit is two), does it have to be the same amount (e.g., 2 @ $29) or did I miss something in the ordering process? Also, the necklace I would like to purchase is $92. Could I use both cards toward this one purchase?

Sara-Rae  asked on  Nov 20, 2012

A:

Sorry, you would not be able to combine two Groupons for one order. There is limit of 1 per visit.

Q:

If I purchase the $29 groupon deal and want to buy the the $75 Mother and Daughter necklace that is listed on pg 1 of your website, does that mean I will be paying the $29 plus the additional $15 that is over the $60 allowance listed on groupon?

jodie  asked on  Nov 20, 2012

A:

Yes, you would make up any difference over the value of the Groupon.
