Q:

I would like to buy the in store option so that I can try the clothing on first. However, I don't live near an American Apparel store, so I won't be able to get there more than once before the Groupon expires. I would like to get a bodysuit or leotard, but if the store that I go to doesn't have my size/color in stock can I order it through the store? If I can do this, are there any shipping charges to my house or limitations?

Claire M.  asked on  Nov 27, 2012

A:

In this case, I would call ahead to the nearest store. If there were shipping charges involved, the Groupon would not apply to them.

Q:

If I purchase this groupon, can anyone use the voucher even though it has my name on it? If I decide to make this a gift, will the gifted get the email right away? Thanks!

Savy S.  asked on  Nov 28, 2012

A:

In order to make redemption as simple as possible, neither the purchaser or gift recipient name is displayed on the printed Groupon. This allows Groupons to be easily gifted to friends or family.
