Q:

What is the menu that we would be learning to make specifically the pasta and what sauces. Thank you

Leisa B.  asked on  Dec 5, 2012

A:

In the class everyone will make pasta dough from scratch and roll it out to make 2 types of pasta: handmade ravioli and handmade pappardelle. We make a basil pesto to go with the filled pasta and a vodka sauce to go with the noodles. - Cooking Fools

Q:

Hi! I am interested in purchasing this Groupon for a group of 4 for Jan. 26th . Would the lunch time 11-1 count for this deal?

Karrie P.  asked on  Nov 30, 2012

A:

Hi Karrie, You are able to sign up for any of our scheduled pasta classes when you purchase the Groupon, so provided there's space in that class it would not be a problem. - Cooking Fools

Could I give this as a Christmas gift and they can sign up for class after the holidays?

colleen s.  asked on  Nov 28, 2012

A:

Absolutely. We will be offering classes through the end of March, so it would be easy for these people to sign up for a class after the Holidays.

Q:

What days are would classes be held? Do you have gluten free options available?

Chela S.  asked on  Nov 27, 2012

A:

You can view a schedule of classes here. They do not specifically indicate that they offer gluten-free options. I'd suggest contacting the business directly to see if they can accommodate any dietary requirements you may have.

Ali V.  from  Groupon  replied on  Nov 27, 2012

A:

Hi Ali, As we talk about in the class, wheat flour (and thus gluten) is crucial to handmade pasta. Unfortunately we do not teach how to make gluten free pasta, though additional food is available from our cafe if you're still interested in taking the class. - Cooking Fools

Q:

This appears to be a 'date night' kind of offer. I am confused, is the $45 good for a couple or just one person? If only one person, how does a couple attend for a date night? Buy 2?

Douglas H.  asked on  Nov 27, 2012

A:

Hi Douglas, Yes, the Groupon is only good for one space in a class, so to attend as a couple you would need to purchase two groupons and sign up together. - Cooking Fools
