Interested in sausage making. How long is the course and what are the times? Also will we get to choose what types of sausage we make or are there set kinds we make? Thanks!

Hi John, The course is 3 hours and there are a couple classes a week between January and March. If you look on our website at www.vancouverbutcher.com under the classes tab you can see the full schedule. For the classes we teach the fundamentals of a basic pork sausage. However if you have a particular type you are interested in making let me know and I can walk you through the process and get you the information you need. Cheers, Patrick Harkness
