Hi Jane! Sorry, but you will have to seek a refund for the voucher from Groupon unless you can ship the order to a state where we have our license to sell wine. If you want to wait awhile, we are planning to have our compliance to Georgia in early 2013...

Hi Jane, there are unfortunately some states that we do not have license to ship wine to. These states are AL, AR, DE, GA, IN, KY, MS, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, and UT. If you are not in one of these states and the site is telling you we can't ship wine to your region, it might be a compliance limitation - there are some states where we are only allowed to sell domestic wines. Try one of our 'All-American' or 'California' cases.

I am a first-time customer who also has an existing voucher for NakedWines for $60. Can I purchase this Groupon and use it with my existing credit towards a purchase?

Hi Victoria! The Groupon can't be combined with any other offer, such as the $60 gift cards, so you will have to use them on separate orders. Can i buy this groupon and have it shipped to South Carolina as a gift? It looks like you ship to SC on your web site, but the groupon says it won't ship to SC. Can you explain?
