Q:

Sizes and prices? Can it stand exposure to sun and rain ? Can I glue this to a cemetery marker ?

Perlita O.  asked on  Oct 4, 2012

A:

You can find our sizes and pricing at: http://aluminyze.com/Products/Pricing . Rain it can withstand, but sun will eventually fade the color, but will take 2-3 times longer then paper would take.

What if I only have a print not the original file or film that created the print? My boyfriend has a pic of his first mustang that I wanted to have aluminyzed but I want to know if it will work before I purchase the Groupon. Excited to try you guys out!

Cristy C.  asked on  Oct 4, 2012

Q:

I'd like to hang the photo outside. Will direct sunlight fade it?

Vikki G.  asked on  Oct 4, 2012

A:

Hi Vikki! Here is an answer from the merchant's FAQ:

"An aluminyzed photo is infused in the body of the aluminum plate. The image cannot be removed or degraded unless excessive heat is applied. Mere light will NOT cause degradation to your aluminyzed photo."

Q:

I' m not sure how this deal works. Do you send me the aluminum and I have to print my pictures or do I send you pictures and you process them for me?

Marie M.  asked on  Oct 4, 2012

A:

Hi Marie! Sorry for the confusion! This Groupon will act as a credit toward the final cost of your print(s). For example, when you purchase and redeem the $16 option, $35 will be deducted from your final order.

You will upload your image on the merchant's website and they will create the print. It will then be shipped to your address.

Q:

Why is your site broken on a day when your groupon goes out to how many thousands of customers? Not a good sign. Your "aluminize your photo" link is going to an outdated "out of office" page. Super weird and highly unprofessional for an online shop.

Meredith  asked on  Oct 4, 2012

A:

Hi Meredith! Sorry for the trouble! I just checked and their website is working. If you need further help, please contact Groupon support.

Q:

If I purchase the deal ($40 for $100), can I apply the deal toward a size not listed? (I.e. can I apply it to the 16x24 size and use the voucher plus pay $14.95 (and shipping)?

Charley  asked on  Oct 4, 2012

A:

Hi Charley! This Groupon can apply toward any of the sizes they offer! It will basically act as a credit toward the final cost of a print. Please note that the Groupon will not apply toward the cost of shipping.
