Hi Diane! We don't pay postage, but we do have shipping options available. When you place your order, you have the option to select UPS Ground shipping for $10 or you can select self shipping. Hi Joan! Yes, reel to reel film is included with this deal! With the premium transfer, we transfer reel to reel film for $.28 per foot. You will receive viewable only DVDs which you can watch on your DVD player or computer. If you would like to edit your footage, we recommend selecting the expert transfer. With the expert transfer, we transfer reel to reel film for $.38 per foot. In addition to DVDs, an AVI file will be created and will be uploaded onto an external hard drive, which you may provide or purchase from us for $119.95. The AVI file is ready to edit and is compatible with any software and is available in 720p HD with film transfers. The DVDs will be in 480i standard resolution. Do pictures have to be all the same size? Will you scan them in the order that they are bundled if they are numbered?

Hi Cheryl! We scan loose printed photos that measure 8'' x 10'' and below for $.48 at 300 dpi or for $.68 per photo at 600 dpi. You can send in photos of any size! If you send your photos to us in titled baggies or envelopes, we will create subfolders on your disc with those images included. You all are the experts, so I am going to ask a not-so-smart question: I have cassette tapes that are 3.75" long and 2.5" wide, marked "GX Metal, GX-MP 120, Maxell 8" - what kind of cassettes are these? And do you convert these? I have video and sound on them. How does the sound get transferred? Mahalo, Lisa

I have several VHS tapes that I am not sure how much is on some of them. Will you put them in some kind of order? How will I know how much is going to be covered with the groupon? And will I know ahead of time if it won't cover all of them?

Hi Becky! With the premium transfer, tapes that are two hours or less are transferred for $19.95. Tapes that are more than two hours are transferred for $19.95 for every two hours. Each tape will be transferred onto its own DVD. You can have five tapes that are two hours or less transferred for the $100 Groupon. We have an automatic transfer and billing process. Any additional charges will be automatically billed. If you aren't sure how long your tapes are, you can send in a smaller amount with your Groupon or request that we stop the transfer at two hours.
