Q:

How long after you purchase the Groupon, do you have to use it? Is there an expiration date? (I received all the old family albums after my mother died, along with loose photos, and I have to go through them all before I send them to you - which may take a while).

Janet T.  asked on  Oct 5, 2012

A:

Hi Janet! You have until Apr 3, 2013 to use the Groupon for the promotional value.

Q:

I just want to make sure I understand one of the options, so for the $100 dollars I can send 1000 paper photos from albums and any more after that would be 10 cents each? If I were to get the $300 dollar value how many photos can I mail in to you?

Lissette g.  asked on  Oct 4, 2012

A:

Hello Lissette, Thank you very much for your interest in our Groupon. You can use the $100 Groupon in combination with a bulk order of 1000 images or more. However, each photo in album at normal resolution is $.58. 1000 photos in album at normal resolution with the bulk package and $100 Groupon would be $380. I apologize for any confusion. At $.48 each loose photo for normal resolution, you can have 625 photos scanned for your $300 value. If you have anymore questions, please make sure to email support@scandigital.com. We will be more than happy to answer any further questions you may have. Best Regards, Danny Lopez Best Regards,

Q:

I have several 8 MM movies that I would like to have transferred. We no longer have any way to view them. Is there anyway to tell the dates of the film by perhaps holding them up to the light? I would like them to be in chronological order and over the years the kids put them in the wrong boxes. The same goes for some VHS tapes. If we didn't date, is there anyway of viewing and telling the date of them other than guesswork? If we purchased the $300 deal and the amount comes to less, do you refund? Thank you.

Mary L.  asked on  Oct 4, 2012

A:

Hello Mary, Thank you very much for your interest in purchasing a Groupon for our company. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell how old your items are by just looking at them. I apologize for any inconvenience. If you don't use up all of your Groupon credit in your order, the credit will remain on the Groupon for future use with our company. If you have anymore questions, please make sure to email support@scandigital.com. We will be more than happy to answer any further questions you may have. Best Regards, Danny Lopez Best Regards,
