After helping each student determine a personalized fitness goal during a thorough fitness assessment, Jason Riley—a US Marine and ISSA-certified trainer—helms intense indoor and outdoor workouts designed to slim and tone physiques over the course of four or eight weeks. The program also offers nutritional guidance to bolster exercise results. Students are split into two groups: the first group meeting Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and the second meeting on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Sessions are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., on Tuesday and Thursday at 6 a.m., and on Saturday at 8 a.m.
