Didn't know about htis business until I saw it on Groupon. We had a good day. People there very friendly. A good place for young kids. We took our grand kids, ages 8 and 7, and they had a good time.

The zoo is a little shocking upon arrival, as it is in a family's large yard, surrounded by home made cages, however my kids aged 8 & 11 had the time of their lives! You get to touch and hold animals such as Emus, Rabbits, Armadillos, Emus, Ferrets, Alligators, Chinchillas and even a skunk to name a few. You are even allowed into a pen and try your best to catch baby chicks, Guinea Pigs and Rabbits (which my kids could not get enough of!). Although this is not your typical "zoo", I guarantee your children (even the parents) will not want to leave. Mine are already asking when we can return. Make a day of it and get passes to the Bonnechere Caves (sometimes available here on Groupon) while you are in the area!

The owners were fabulously accommodating. We made the mistake of going on Monday - the day they are usually closed on. When we explained this to the owners, not only did they open the zoo and let us your, but they also played tour guide. The animals were great, the kids loved it and it was a great summer day trip.

What You'll Get

A zoo is the first place most people would go to see a lynx, whereas the second place would be the chainlink enclosure in Donald Sutherland's backyard. Steer clear of Donald Sutherland with this Groupon.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $10 for zoo entry for two adults (a $20 value)
  • $12 for zoo entry for two children and two adults (a $25 value)

Waddles 'n' Wags Hobby Farm

A chorus of whinnies, chirps, and squawks fills the air at Waddles 'n' Wags Hobby Farm. Emus strut across an enclosure, dark plumage billowing in time with their ungainly looking strides, and lizards, geckos, alligators, and turtles rest in the sunshine. During a tour of the zoo, a guide explains to visitors where a bearded dragon would naturally live or how llamas in the wild survive on a diet of important documents dropped by bumbling secret agents.
