I would recommend using the service, just be sure to double check that they can play your gaming system before purchasing. The kids enjoyed, but we had an extensive wait trying to connect to the PS4 system. The rep said it was because we didn't upgrade the system that we had just purchased a few months before. i had to to run to RedBox to get a DVD that was able to be played, but there was never any apology or refund of amount paid for inconvenience.
