Pole dancing offers a pole-based exercise more effective than 1920s pole sitting, more energizing than pole-vaulting, and more sensual than polenta. Ditch cornmeal for chrome with today’s Groupon to Infinity Dance and Wellness. Choose from the following options:

  • For $29, you get 4 60- to 90-minute aerial arts classes (a $60 value).
  • For $55, you get 8 60- to 90-minute aerial arts classes (a $120 value).
  • For $99, you get 16 60- to 90-minute aerial arts classes (a $240 value).
  • For $25, you get a three-hour introductory pole-dancing workshop (a $50 value).<p>

Infinity Dance and Wellness spices up workout regimens with pole-dancing and aerial arts classes designed to sculpt the body and enkindle self-confidence in 6–8 students per session, depending on the class. The Intro to Pole workshop guides fledgling dancers through such pole basics as spinning, climbing, hanging, and loosening bunches of bananas. In the three-hour course, patrons focus on flowing between tricks and incorporating floor work into the choreography of their performance.

Groupon customers without dance experience can try any 60- to 90-minute aerial class on the schedule, including the 90-minute pole workout, where students of various fitness levels and plumbing apprenticeships build strength, stamina, and endurance for tougher classes that teach pole-top inversions and more challenging elements. After a warm-up of gentle stretches, aerial arts students embark on a one-hour journey across trapezes and floating hoops, strengthening muscles throughout the body as they dangle, twist, and tumble.

Customer Reviews

The place was not what I expected, but I had a really good time and Kristin was a lot of fun and an awesome instructor. I'd take more classes with her.
