Any recommendations for a Pomeranian who has been diagnosed by his vet with Alopecia X? He has had numerous testing, and does not seem to have a thyroid condition.

Q:

Hi, I'm looking at your natural moves pill on your website for my cat. I've seen a few reviews from people saying that the taste is too bad and the cat won't eat it. When you cut these in half, is it a hard pill like an aspirin would be or does is leak out? I've used pill pockets before with my cat and they work for him since he pretty much just swallows them, was wondering if it's something you would be able to put into a pill pocket or not?

Q:

Can you put the anti-itch cream near a cat's eyes? that's where he scratches, and cuts the skin. I have applied other medication and am careful, but you just never know if any of it is getting into the eyes for sure. ==Also, is there any ill effect if he licks off the cream?

Q:

Can I use 2 Groupons, purchased on separate days, to buy $130+ worth of products at the same time? This would save some money on shipping for us. Or do we have to use one voucher at a time which only gets us one product with a few dollars left over which won't be used?

Mable W.  asked on  Jun 17, 2012

A:

Good afternoon, Mable. Unfortunately, the way the Groupons are structured, you can only apply one at a time. One per order. However, the Groupon value does apply to shipping costs for each order, so you wind up having the shipping costs covered. Thanks for writing us, let us know if you have any further questions.

Q:

I can't believe that Groupon is actually selling "homeopathic" products, which are most definitely a scam. I also can't believe so many people here are duped by it. All you people, go look up "homeopathy" and you'll find that it's complete and utter woo with no benefit whatsoever. "Homeopathy is a vitalist philosophy that interprets diseases and sickness as caused by disturbances in a hypothetical vital force or life force. Systematic reviews of published trials have failed to demonstrate efficacy. Higher quality trials tend to report results that are less positive, and most positive studies have not been replicated. The lack of convincing scientific evidence to support homeopathy's efficacy and its use of remedies lacking active ingredients have caused homeopathy to be described as pseudoscience, quackery, and a 'cruel deception'." Don't be fooled.

Jason M.  asked on  Jun 15, 2012

A:

Good morning, Jason. We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy that Groupon has featured our company on their website. We understand you do not believe that Homeopathic and Herbal remedies actually work. We have hundreds of testimonials that indicate otherwise. Homeopathic products are clearly not for everyone, but we stand behind the effectiveness and quality of our products. So much so that we back them up with a 1 year guarantee, unconditional full money back guarantee. Most companies don't have that kind of confidence in their products. A prescription drug or even an over the counter remedy won't allow you to try an entire bottle and if you're not satisfied, ask you to send the empty bottle back and then refund you your entire purchase price. The reason we can do that is because our products work for most of our customers. Perhaps some might attribute it to a "placebo", but our animal products work to, and most pets are incapable of being "duped" by a placebo. However, you are more than welcome to share your opinion, however, the forum you contacted us on goes straight to our company, not to Groupon. You might want to use their contact form to express your dislike of them featuring us on their website. Thank you for writing, and we do value your feedback.

Q:

I bough this deal specifically for the respiratory remedy for my kitty who has consistent issues. I went to order it and it now says it is out of stock! When will you be getting this back in? It never said it was out of stock just a few hours ago. Please advise.

Melissa B.  asked on  Jun 14, 2012

A:

Good morning, Melissa. Could you please let us know which product you were looking to buy, as we have a few that address different types of respiratory issues. Both AmazaPet™ and Respo-K™ are hopefully going to be in stock at the end of the month, however we can't guarantee an exact replenishment date at this time. Perhaps you would like to try Sinu-Rite™, a homeopathic remedy to help maintain healthy sinuses and clear nasal passages for optimal respiratory functioning. If you do want to go ahead with original intended purchase, we do want to assure you that you will receive your product as soon as the next shipment arrives. You can find the product page for Sinu-Rite™ at the following link: http://www.nativeremedies.com/petalive/products/sinurite-maintain-clear-cat-dog-noses.html If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask and thanks for writing us!

Q:

I don't understand your arithmetic. You wrote the following answer to a previous question:". If you were to order TWO bottles, you'd be able to take advantage of our BUY 2 GET 1 FREE offer. This would bring your total to $79.85 ($110.85 MINUS $36.95 PROMO PLUS $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping). With your Groupon, $50 would be taken care of, so your total out of pocket expense for this purchase would be $29.85 for 3 bottles of EaseSure™" However, you say that shipping is free on orders above $50 so why is the shipping charge included?

jd  asked on  Jun 15, 2012

A:

Good morning, JD. Could you please tell us where you saw the free shipping on orders over $50? The Groupon value can be APPLIED to shipping (so, in essence, part of your extra $31 dollars pays for shipping meaning it's not an additional cost in one way of looking at it), but there is no free shipping on top of the value of the Groupon. While the Groupon cannot be combined with any other coupons, it can be applied to on site specials such as the buy 2 get 1 free. We also have a free shipping specials that run on site at randoms times throughout the year. While we cannot tell you when these specials will run in advance, if you sign up for our Newsletter, you will receive notifcations of on site specials as they become available. You can reach our Newsletter Signup by visiting our homepage at www.petalive.com and looking for the signup box on the right. If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Q:

I see on your website that you have a deal on your pet aggression formula. Buy 2 and get one free. for 59.90. Can I use this deal and only pay the additional 9.90 for the 3 bottles?

Rosemary G.  asked on  Jun 15, 2012

A:

Good morning, Rosemary. Yes, you can. While our Groupon is not able to be combined with any other coupons, any on site specials or offers are able to be taken advantage of. If you sign up for our Newsletter, you can find out when we're running on site non coupon specials such as Free Shipping. Our Buy 2 Get 1 Free runs on many products year round. It's a fantastic special, and combined with the Groupon it's an absolute steal. :) Our newsletter sign up can be found on our home page: www.petalive.com on the right side of the page. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
