Choose from Three Classes

  • $65 for six one-hour Puppy Prana classes for dogs (a $150 value)
  • $65 for six one-hour Canine Cardio Bootcamp classes for dogs (a $150 value)
  • $65 for six one-hour Asanas Agility classes for dogs (a $150 value)

Puppy Prana teaches young pups to socialize and cope with social pressures. Canine Cardio Bootcamp unites dogs and owners for a shared workout centering on a series of basic obedience commands mixed with fast heeling, jogging, and play. The Asanas Agility class introduces dogs and owners to agility training equipment as they conquer obstacles and master poses to lean focus and teamwork. Dog owners may also request private one-hour classes if their dog is not well socialized. See the class schedule for available dates and times.

Puppy Prana classes are held at the Edmonds Street location, bootcamp classes are at Confederation Park, and the Asanas Agility classes take place at the Springer Avenue location.

Yogadog Dog Training

At Yogadog Dog Training studio, instructors not only train pups to control their impulses, but also train owners to communicate with their canines through rewards and play rather than force. This focus on the owner-dog relationship stems from trainer Shannon Coppin—a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Pet Dog Trainers —whose courses cultivate these bonds with a fusion of new-age and traditional techniques. Covering topics ranging from puppy social skills to equipment-based agility sports, Coppin strives to host a program that is simultaneously humane and useful, unlike training that only teaches dogs which fork is the salad fork.

Customer Reviews

the best dog trainer i have been to - my dog has changed a lot and very quickly - shannon has the knowledge i have been looking for! she understands dogs and she is excellent at what she does - i HIGHLY recommend her and I am so grateful I found her here! I have been to about 6 trainers with some improvement but the most improvement with my boy came from my lessons with Yogadog and Shannon!
