Q:

I am a single parent with a grown daughter in her 20s and 2 teens still at home. Can we use the family pack or do I have to get the 4 pack?

Debbie H.  asked on  Mar 22, 2012

A:

Hi Debbie! You would need to purchase the 4 person option, since children are qualified by age. This would be ages 5-15.

Q:

Would it be cheaper for me to buy the family pack even though I have 2 adults, a 6 yr old and a 13 month old for 22 dollars instead of buying the 2 adult tickets for 17 dollars for my family which will require me to purchase a ticket for my daughter later at the cost of 7 dollars. So I can do this right? buy the family pack even though I only use 3 of the tickets, & what happens to the other two childeren tickets? do I lose them when I redeem the family pack on the tour? Please advise.

Dianna H.  asked on  Mar 21, 2012

A:

Hi Dianna! Yes this would be cheaper and you are able to do this. The extra children's tickets would be lost since you must use the promotional value of the Groupon in one visit.

Q:

Can I take the same leg of the circle more than once in 24 hours? Put another way, can I traverse the entire circle Monday afternon to "look around", then come back Tuesday morning and hop on and off at various locations, as long as I finish within 24 hours of when I started on Monday?

Teb H.  asked on  Mar 20, 2012

A:

Hello Teb - Yes, you can, your ticket is good for 24 hours from when you first hop on, so your example itinerary is fine. Thanks.

Q:

I'm hosting a military association renion in September 2012 in SAT. We have 150 guests staying at the St Anthony's hotel. Can I offer your tour as a scheduled activity for 50-60 people at a pre-arranged time? These are WWII, Korea and Vietnam vets, and not inclined to mix in with others and/or wait for bus availability. But as a pre-packaged and scheduled tour, this seems very entertaining for our guests. Can I contact someone at City Siteseeing SAT to discuss tour options for a large group? Thanks, Dave Kovach, 210-621-3656
