If I purchase the Wine Experience, am I able to cancel my membership if I do not wish to continue receiving shipments?

Aloise, Absolutely! There is no obligation to continue your membership. We do ask that you receive and taste the wine before cancelling your membership but there is absolutely nothing committing you to stay further.
