Bringing piping hot fare straight to clients’ home tables, Wells crafts menus customized to each diner’s palate, in a variety of regional cuisines such as Cajun, American, Jamaican, Martian, and Italian. Each diner chooses their own meal, starting with appetizers such as the Skinny Dipping shrimp cocktail, a collection of shrimp, pineapples, and mango tossed and served in a scandalously see-through martini glass. Though Wells tailors each individual menu, previous entrees have included bourbon-glazed fillet mignon with blue-cheese crumbles, Cajun and rum top scallops, and shrimp-stuffed pork tenderloin.
