Wine stored in a bottle gets better with age, whereas a message sent in a bottle is the best way to avoid exorbitant stamp prices. Empty your own glass envelopes with today’s Groupon to Dancing with the Wines at Don Quixote Distillery & Winery in Santa Fe, which takes place on Saturday, February 4, Saturday, March 3, and Saturday, April 7 from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Choose between the following options:

- For $45, you get two tickets to Dancing with the Wines (a $90 value).
Don Quixote's Dancing with the Wines evening marries its unique bouquets with sophisticated dance steps in a handsome and historic venue. While bodies sway to ballroom waltzes, attendees savor sample-size servings of 18 house-made wines and 10 signature spirits whose balanced flavors stem from french-oak-barrel aging and bedtime stories featuring yeast protagonists. Set inside the adobe walls of a former Prohibition-era nightclub, the venue's rustic viga ceilings and hardwood floors ensconce revelers in a romantic atmosphere. Dancers can take a break from rug cutting to warm up to a roaring fire, or sidle up to the stonework bar to nosh light hors d'oeuvres and purchase full-size glasses of wine, liquor, and cocktails (not included in today's Groupon).

Ron and Olha Dolin didn’t discover their shared passion for wine and spirits until after they were married. Together they use Ron’s Ph.D. in engineering and Olha’s generational knowledge of producing vodka and brandy in Eastern Europe to craft handmade wines and fine spirits. Their wines include the specialty Emotion series, which includes cherry sherry, apple ice wine, and a wine made from rose petals. The two also distill spirits ranging from blue corn vodka and bourbon to gin made from New Mexico juniper, pinon, chamisa, sage, and rose hips.
