What You'll Get
Massages soothe muscles sore from naps in uncomfortable chairs and long nights of aggressive rapid eye movement. Recover from relaxing with today’s Groupon to Health & Healing Massage Therapy. Choose between the following options:

Health & Healing Massage Therapy’s troupe of practiced muscle menders, which includes a duo of experts in the therapeutic massage modality, works to banish accumulated stress from minds and bodies. During the Swedish massage, one of these practitioners employ gentle pressure and percussive motions designed to boost relaxation levels, circulation, and cravings for Nordic glogg. Otherwise, those who opt for deep-tissue relish similar, yet slower and deeper movements that target chronic rigidity in the lower-fathoms of tissue, tendons, and fascia. Clients can also add services on to their massage for an additional fee, such as paraffin hot wax for the hands or feet ($10), hot stones ($15), aromatherapy oils ($10) and sugar scrubs ($10/back, $30/full body). Although not included with this Groupon, Health & Healing Massage Therapy also provides services such as craniosacral therapy and ear candling.
About Health & Healing Massage Therapy
When she established Health & Healing Massage Therapy, owner and licensed massage therapist Karen Nugent envisioned a place where clients could maintain all facets of their health—mind, body, spirit, and eyebrow flexibility. In service of this dream, she assembled a team made up of seasoned massage therapists. Several of the therapies can even be merged in tandem sessions in which two therapists and four hands combine massage with reflexology, reiki, or finger-puppet therapies.
