Chef Rachel began cooking with her grandmother and father at an early age but received prestigious formal training at the world famous school, LeCordon Bleu. Chef Rachel now owns De’LehCar Fine Catering where a highly trained staff have the experience to create any dish to please your palate.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love about my job is that my heart dances when I am preparing a meal for my clients and I love seeing my clients’ smiles.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Last November, we at De’LehCar Fine Catering prepared a wedding seated dinner for 750 guests. Before we could finish serving the guests, they were asking who prepared the entree because it was pleasing to their palate.
