Unlike summer camps, boot camps won't require you to put on a fund-raising talent show to stop a nefarious computer company from turning Lake Cowabunga into its new industrial-waste depository. Team up to fight unfitness with today's deal: for $20, new clients get one month of unlimited “Got Gut” boot-camp classes at Debi's Personal Training “Original” Backyard Boot Camp (a $299 value). Classes last one hour and are held at convenient locations (indoor and outdoor, weather permitting) in LaGrange, Middleburg Heights, Strongsville, Parma/Brooklyn, and Grafton (by the Sheldon Woods and Indian Hollow Reservation). Classes are held outside typically until November and begin outdoors again around April.
Got Gut boot-camp participants generally flock to the fitness grounds two to five days a week, but with today's Groupon secured under your terrycloth headband, you can attend as many of the 60-minute sweat fests as you please. During your four-week program, you'll receive unlimited physical and nutritional guidance from Debi's highly trained instructors and get to take your body to its buffing limits during increasingly challenging cardio and strength-training workouts. The group sessions promote a team mentality, so not only will you feed off the supportive vibes of your peers, but you will also likely walk away from the experience with a new secret bicepshake.
Students of most experience and skill levels are welcome at Debi's Got Gut boot camp, and many exercises can be modified to accommodate your current strengths and scrawnynesses. If it's been so long since you last broke a sweat that you don't even know what your muscles can manage, use this Groupon to schedule an initial fitness consultation, including pre-program measurements and body-fat analysis. Post-program consultations are also available to help students gauge their progress. Call ahead to schedule an inaugural chat or to RSVP for the class times and locations of your choice. Boot-camp sessions are generally held in the early morning and mid-evening, handy for nine-to-fivers and daytime-television junkies alike.
New clients only. Participants must call to register. Not valid for yoga and special events.
CityVoters award Got Gut boot camp an average of five stars:
- I am new to the camp and Debi made me feel very welcome and made me feel as though I belong there. I have confidence and a good feeling about myself. The weight is coming off! I am positive about that! A new me is coming and I can't wait. – Liz M.
- The boot camp is wonderful because you can start it no matter what level of fitness you are currently at and they will make it challenging without being too overwhelming. The games and friendly people will often make you forget that you're actually exercising. They also have great nutritional tips and motivational talks to start your day off right. – Rhonda Smith
