What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Computers can be daunting and a slow computer can be frustrating. We believe that repairing computers will make our customers' lives a little bit better, and that counts for something.
What do you love most about your job?
We truly enjoy making our customers happy, that is why we go above and beyond with service. Repairing a computer is only a fraction of what we do. We value customer service and strive to educate our customers on their machines.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Often, after repairing a computer, customers will tell us that they were prepared to throw away their machine and get a new one. It's satisfying to know that we may have potentially saved customers hundreds of dollars.
