The plumber was on time, very professional and did a good job overall. I would rate this business higher except that the price was higher than expected. The $45 Groupon is only for diagnostics not for actual service as the Groupon leads you to believe. Even with the Groupon I ended up paying $200 to unplug a toilet

The technician was five hours late and offered no assistance. He said it would be $300+ just to touch the toilet. I asked him to leave, attempted to snake the toilet myself, locating the blockage almost immediately. I then removed said blockage (a plastic razor cartridge case) with a kitchen tool after 10 minutes of effort. They were untimely and unhelpful and I would not recommend them to anyone.
