I haven't quite finished the course yet, but already I have learned so much. The courses are packed full of information that is easy to follow and retain. As long as you follow directions signing up fir the class is quick and easy! There has been great communication when I need help or have questions. Definitely reccomend 10/10!

Couldn't get the voucher to work. Was NOT going to add my credit card before trying this out. Seemed like a total scam.

I really like this mainly for the classes but all of it is super easy to use. I really like the weekly progress reports that help keep me on track

I love that DeiFit has a variety of different classes that accommodate my needs and can use it at any time. This is definitely worth it.

I’m not a fan of exercise or wellness at all but I decided to give a chance to Zayra Mo - she’s my dear friend from graduate school - and I have no words to express my gratitude for teaching me great tools to deal with stress and concentration. Thanks to her I am now turned into a believer in finding help to improve my life. For the ones that haven’t tried Deifit.com yet, let me tell you is her wonderful online studio that besides fitness and meditation has a great collection of self-help and motivation resources to apply in everyday life.
