Carl went the extra mile adapting the recipe to match the flavors I desired for our beer. He supported the brewing process, answering questions and offering explanations when asked, giving us the confidence to carry out the tasks of creating our beer. Brewing was fantastic. Carl and his family were helpful guiding us through the entire process starting with recipe selection right down to ensuring I properly turned off our kettle at the conclusion of the day ( good thing too because while I thought I shut the valve off, turns out I opened it wide open! - thanks Carl!)

Amazing experience, Carl was very friendly, patient and throughly explained everything and the process. Took time to help us decide what kind of beers we wanted to make based on our taste. The place is clean and well organized.

About This Deal
- What’s included: each experience includes two separate sessions
- 5-gallon beer-making experience for up to four: the first session focuses on crafting the beer; the second session, scheduled two-three weeks after the first session focuses on bottling the beer. Both sessions take approximately two hours. Participants will make 24 22oz bottles of one kind of beer.
- 5-gallon wine-making experience for up to four: the first session focuses on crafting the wine; the second session, scheduled four weeks after the first session focuses on bottling the wine. The wine-making session takes 30 minutes, the bottling takes approximately 1.5 hours. Participants will make 24 750ml wine bottles of one kind of wine.
