I had a good first time experience at the East Broad St. location. She answered my concerns / questions and went into more details than what I thought she would do. I decided to take advantage and do the first time 50% off membership.

This was my first time here at Deka and everything was great. I was in a sad mood preparing for a funeral the next day. Bhima was kind, explained everything and answered all my questions. She made me extremely comfortable and so relaxed I just about dozed off.
