Delish! cooking classes school amateur gastronomers on a variety of local and international cuisines. In the state-of-the-art kitchen, Delish! chefs demonstrate their trade with the latest techniques and freshest ingredients. Potluckers searching for go-to dishes learn new recipes while developing their wine and beer palates. After each lesson, which last two hours, participants chow down on a tasting of all the dishes prepared, walking away with formerly screaming stomachs sated and formerly pleading hands clutching hard copies of recipes. Courses include irresistible vegetable side dishes, Thai cuisine, and autumn soups and chowders.
Classes host up to 18 students and are held by reservation only, so call ahead to ensure your brain gets filled with useful information and your mouth gets filled with delicious eats. Cooking classes are an excellent way to bond with a loved one, and they make a creative date option that’s infinitely preferable to going on a hunt for the fabled autumn mansquid in the frigid waters of the Atlantic.
Open for ages 16 and older unless specifically noted. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
