- $15 for $30 worth of food and drinks
New York is about as far away as you can get from the Tampa Bay area, both in terms of distance and climate. That didn't stop DeLosa's Pizza from bringing a little piece of the Big Apple to Florida's sunny shores back in 1983, though. Today, the family-friendly pizzeria continues to sling hand-tossed New-York-style pies—cut into triangles, of course—embellished with homemade sauce and toppings that range from classic pepperoni to premium steak. They also whip up variations in the form of three-cheese calzones and sausage rolls baked in their handmade dough.
But pizza doesn't hog the entire spotlight at DeLosa's two restaurants. The cooks also prepare housemade Italian pastas, meat-filled sub sandwiches, grilled burgers, and wings soused in sauces that span the spice-level gamut. And to wash everything down, guests can sip on drinks from each locations's full-service bar.
