Q:

Can I get the URL showing the weekends and weekday times that group lessons can be scheduled? I need to know if I have a chance to get my daughter scheduled before the 180 days run out.

A:

Hi Steve~ We offer group classes during the week, evenings and on weekends. They are structured for various levels, so which classes your daughter takes will depend on her previous experience and ability. We do not have a link, but you are welcome to call the office to inquire at 720-633-4829. Thank you for asking!

Q:

How much time is spent on education, and how much actual riding time is allotted for the 45 min private lessons?

robin  asked on  Oct 28, 2012

A:

Hi Robin~ The riding portion of private lessons vary as they are tailored to the individual's experience with us. Our goal is to ultimately have every student groom and tack their own horse before and after the lesson, building up to a full 45 minutes in the saddle. However this is subject to learning our systems, knowing the horses and their tack, and demonstrating proper application without assistance. All of these steps are covered within the 45 minute lesson period until the rider is safe and competently grooming and tacking on their own. Depending on your previous experience, you may start out with 20 minutes in the saddle and build on that. It typically takes a few to several private lessons with guidance from your trainer. When ready, students are required to pass a test prior to being allowed to come early to prepare the horse in order to use the full 45 minutes in the saddle. I hope this helps! Thank you for your interest in our programs. ~Corinne
