About Denver Gem and Mineral Show
- The Speakers: Geologists, paleontologists, and mineralogists from all over the world educate audiences on the history to be read in the bones of the earth
- The Exhibits: Minerals of Africa is the theme of the year, with experts presenting such lectures as "Adventures in Morocco," "African Meteorites," and "Overview of the Dimorphodon."
- Also Featuring: the young, amateur geologists of the Pikes Peak Pebble Pups explore the minerals of Cripple Creek, kids get to try out gold panning firsthand, and the Umoja Dance Company performs

- Friday, September 16 from 10:30am-4pm
- Saturday, September 17 from 11am-8pm
- Sunday, September 18 from 12pm-2pm
