Bought this coupon for my daughter. She said the service was great. Grace, her laser tech, was gentle and sweet; and the laser process was completely painless!

The Manager, Natalia, is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I asked her to have the owner to contact me. She said she was too busy and hung the phone up. The young lady that lasers me is wonderful, so unfortunate that I will have to take my business elsewhere. The front desk staff is so important in business. I hope the owner contacts me so that I can relay the curtness of her staff.

Unwelcoming, rude customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for 3 services at 1:00, 1:20, 1:40. I ran late 10 minutes , and front desk person as soonest I walked in told me that I am late and that I won’t be able to have all the services done. Despite that , they made wait till 1:25, took me in the room and I was done at 1:46. They canceled my next appointment because I wrote the review
