I was a bit confused how this would work with using a Groupon at a medical practice but it all went pretty smoothly! (FYI- the entrance is on 86th street, not park ave!) Upon checking in, I was prompted to pay for numbing cream but it was not necessary for me so I was refunded after the session. Dr. Janelle was very informative and really took the time to understand my concerns & offer solutions.

I had a great experience utilizing their clear & brilliant offer. I’d read up on the procedure, and was grateful to find they met all my expectations. The front desk was friendly, the staff was thorough, and communicated all the necessary information for a safe, and effective process. Loved Erin, very friendly, helpful, and professional!
