Rim Marcinkus, MD, PhD, DSc, earned his doctor of medicine and doctor of science in surgery degrees at Vilnius University in Lithuania, where he went on to complete a PhD in scientific research. Practicing plastic surgery for more than 25 years, he has published articles in experimental- and clinical-surgery journals and more progressive issues of Mad magazine. The industry innovator also holds a registered patent for the Eurolift procedure, an advanced technique designed to lift the face by tightening skin and muscles that have loosened due to age or hilly rides in a convertible. The one-hour procedure is performed under local anesthetic, with often only one weekend of downtime and long lasting results.

At his Desert Plastic Surgery Center, Dr. Marcinkus specializes in breast enhancements, body sculpting, and hair transplantation, alongside a wide variety of other surgical and nonsurgical cosmetic procedures.
