Michelle is the best! I won't go anywhere else! She does an amazing job on lifting and tinting eyelashes! I had gone somewhere else before and was not impressed, I was leery to try again, but I'm so glad I did! My eyelashes look amazing!

The suite was clean and relaxing, however the lights were so dim I couldn’t really tell about any details. Michelle was polite, however I think she said about 4 entire sentences the entire 45 minutes. So explanation of the process or anything. Understanding that she is trying to create a peaceful and quiet environment. So, my issue is that I literally see no difference in my lashes whatsoever. It’s frustrating to leave with zero results, especially when I didn’t really set my expectations super high. They aren’t curled and they aren’t darker. My eyebrow wax was decent, although I feel like she didn’t clean my sides and tops at all.
Over all I felt brushed off and since she wasn’t engaging, I left disappointed and really, because it’s Groupon and so discounted already, it’s like? What do you do right?
But the explanation of “ you have difficult lashes” is like when a hairdresser tells you that your cut is messed up because your hair just grows that way.
Again, she’s not rude or unsanitary or unprofessional. I dozed offa few times and overall felt relaxed. Just super bummed. Probably wouldn’t return again because I have zero change in my appearance. Sorry girl, just being honest.
