Looking over the menu at DeSimone's Steakhouse is like running into an old friend. Dishes there are pleasantly familiar—the steak oscar's filet medallions are capped with an asparagus crab cake, and the 22-ounce cowboy steak is served bone-in with a chefs' blend of seasonings. Of course, there's more than just beef. Other specialties include Mexican-style seared salmon and wine-steamed clams atop herbed-lemon linguine. Even the sides offer a little bit of everything, from brandied mushrooms and loaded baked potatoes to lobster mac 'n' cheese.
